Senior TIBCO Developer (Job #260401)
Tasks and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Senior TIBCO Developer with deep expertise in the TIBCO platform to join our IT team in Brussels. You will design, develop, and implement integration solutions across complex business areas while guiding a team of developers to deliver high-quality results.
This is a long-term mission for senior profiles only.
- Tasks and Responsibilities
- Design and implement TIBCO solutions across multiple business areas
- Lead technical design and low-level development for TIBCO components
- Mentor and manage a team of TIBCO developers (planning, guidance, code/design review)
- Implement custom solutions using TIBCO BW, FOM, FP, BPM, EMS, AS, RV, FC, and BE
- Maintain TIBCO environments and tools (Admin, Hawk, Spotfire)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust solutions
- Ensure quality-driven, scalable, and solution-oriented implementation
- Share expertise and provide guidance within the team
