Location: Brussels / Language: English is must – Dutch or French is an asset Job Tasks:

Perform day-to-day coordination of program test activities.

Define and follow up on the global test strategy applied within the program and by different product teams with support from the Centre of Excellence (CoE) IT Testing.

Collect test activities from each product team supporting the program and ensure compliance with internal procedures, policies, and governance documents.

Coordinate and support: Functional testing, System testing, Integration testing and Regression testing.

Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) / End-to-End (E2E) test plan before go-live.

Ensure all system interfaces and functional specifications are tested as part of entry criteria for End-to-End testing.

Create Problem Reports and Resolutions (PRRs) and regularly update project managers.

Review and evaluate the completeness of test plans and related documentation, providing feedback to the IT Program Coordinator and product owners.

Identify and describe appropriate test techniques to provide efficient test solutions.

Collaborate closely with CoE IT Testing to align on various test practices.

Coach, guide, and assist product teams in testing to fulfil their missions.

Experience and Skills Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience as a Test Coordinator.

Good knowledge of test methodologies.

Extensive analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Strong communication skills with IT teams on technical and design matters.

Analytical mindset and strong organizational skills.

Sense of responsibility and ownership of all projects.

Very strong ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) knowledge.

Technical Knowledge (Preferred):

Test automation (Robot Framework is becoming a standard).

Web services, REST API, and usage of XML & JSON files.

Basic knowledge of .NET and SQL.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum team.

Ability to develop: Test strategy, Test plan, Test cases, Test reports, Test scripts, Test automation
